Who we are
HotWaterLocal is an independent online directory of heat pump hot water installers in Australia. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government rebate scheme, scheme administrator, or certification body. By using this site you agree to these terms.
The directory is information, not advice
Listings are compiled from information installers publish on their own websites. We do our best to keep them accurate, but we do not verify licensing, accreditation, insurance, or workmanship, and inclusion in the directory is not a recommendation or endorsement. Always confirm licensing, insurance, and rebate eligibility directly with the installer and your state scheme before hiring or purchasing. Rebate figures (including STCs, VEU, and state schemes) are guidance only and can change at any time.
Featured listings are paid advertising
Installers can pay a monthly fee to be "featured". Featured listings appear above free listings in their city and carry a FEATURED label so you can tell them apart. Payment buys placement only — it never changes what we say about a business, and it is not an endorsement of quality.
Your use of the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research. You may not scrape, republish, or resell the directory's content, misrepresent your affiliation with us, or use the site unlawfully.
Corrections and removals
If a listing about your business is inaccurate, or you want it removed, email hello@hotwaterlocal.com — we action removals within one week. Advertising enquiries: ads@hotwaterlocal.com.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, reliance on listing or rebate information, or your dealings with any installer — your contract for any work is with the installer alone. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
