About HotWaterLocal
HotWaterLocalexists to make one decision easier: choosing a heat pump hot water installer with the rebates properly understood first. We're independent — not owned by an installer, manufacturer or lead-generation network, and not affiliated with any government scheme.
Where listings come from
- Installers' own public websites. Every listing summarises what a company says about itself on its own site, with a link to that source and the date we last checked it.
- Free self-submissions. Installers can add or claim a listing at no cost. We review before publishing.
Licensing, accreditation and rebate claims are always the installer's own — which is why every listing links to official rebate scheme information so you can verify directly. Always confirm the installer holds a current plumbing licence and any scheme accreditation your rebate requires.
How we make money
Right now: we don't. In future we may offer clearly-labelled featured placements to installers. Rankings and inclusion will never be pay-to-play — featured spots will always be marked, and free listings stay free.
Corrections and removals
If a listing is wrong, out of date, or you'd like your company removed, contact us or email hello@hotwaterlocal.com. We action removal requests within one week, usually much faster.
Rebate information
Rebate guidance is compiled from official federal and state scheme publications, with a last-reviewed date on every page. It's general information, not advice — schemes change, and eligibility decisions sit with the administrators.
